About Me

A speech and drama enthusiast from a young age, I have always had a passion for communicating with others.

My love for words led me to a career in communications and PR. Working in agency and inhouse roles over the last twenty years I have honed my expertise as an experienced and trusted communications professional.

With specific skills in strategic communications and reputation management, I have supported companies through significant change, crisis management and building robust relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and media. I am proficient in writing annual reports, intranet and website copy, through to technical case studies and creative writing.

I have worked with a range of companies – airlines, property, insurance, tourism, pharmaceutical and FMCG – and know how to make a company’s communications engaging and effective with its audiences be it internal or external.

In 2021 I created ‘128 Communications’ to balance my work and home life. As a mum of two daughters, I wanted to be able to do school pick up as well as be involved in interesting and engaging work.

128 Communications is named after my home at 128 Karori Road – now my home and office!
